Dr. Christy Beyer Klaskin 

 

Dr. Beyer Klaskin graduated from of The Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ohio State University Medical Center.  She has been on staff at Northwestern Hospital and has held a faculty position at The Feinberg School of Medicine since 2003.

Dr. Beyer Klaskin is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of The North American Menopause Society.

Prior to joining Gynecologic Specialists of Northwestern, Dr. Beyer Klaskin was a sought after Obstetrician Gynecologist.  In 2010 and 2011 she was named as one of America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Beyer Klaskin joined Gynecologic Specialists in 2012 to focus on general gynecology and minimally invasive surgery. In addition, she has a particular interest and expertise in the evaluation and treatment of women with urinary incontinence.   Her research regarding the risks of sling procedures to treat incontinence was presented in 2002.

Originally from Michigan, she now considers Chicago to be home. Dr. Beyer Klaskin devotes most of her free time to her four young children but also loves to scuba dive and is an avid wine enthusiast.
